Jolie is very kind! She responds in a timely manner and is VERY patient AND accommodating. She answered ALL my questions and addressed ALL my concerns (when USPS made a mistake in the delivery process). She met my request for clip-on earrings rather than pierced. The earrings are gorgeous! As a crafter myself, I can tell that she takes her time to prepare her jewelry just exactly how she wants it to look! The flowers are smaller than I expected (probably just the way the photo appears), but that makes the flower arrangement for the earrings even more impressive! The flowers inside and even the resin coating look clean and fresh. These earrings are VERY much a quality product! VERY professional seller! I have already ordered again and excited to see those items as well! I'm sure I will not be disappointed! Thank you, Jolie!

I absolutely love these earrings! Beautifully made and so tasteful!! Jolie does beautiful work! If you haven't tried the botanical jewelry I 10/10 recommend!
